Global Researchers Advancing Catholic Education (G.R.A.C.E.) is an international community of practice focused on Catholic education globally. G.R.A.C.E. is a long-term research based partnership project between The University of Notre Dame Australia, Fremantle, Mary Immaculate College, Ireland and Boston College, United States. A series of biennial gatherings feature within the research based project that require on-going inter-institutional research collaboration, through the community of practice, in the intervening periods. The first gathering is designed to form and strengthen the community of practice. It provides ample time for participants to network, engage in scholarly dialogue, share ideas and plan future research with like-minded individuals, prior to the next gathering.
We regret to inform you that the G.R.A.C.E. gathering in June 2020 at Kylemore Abbey will be postponed due to the global spread of the COVID-19 virus and the unknown impact that this may have in coming months. The G.R.A.C.E Steering Committee will develop an alternative time frame for the gatherings as more information comes to hand and we will communicate this with you when it becomes available. We are disappointed to take this action but know that this is in the best interests of all participants.
We hope that all G.R.A.C.E. participants can maintain enthusiasm and commitment to this inter-institutional community of practice. Please keep in contact with members of the Steering Committee over the coming months.
